360 Degree Leadership Assessment

This survey is designed to gather feedback from peers, subordinates, and superiors to provide a comprehensive view of a manager’s leadership skills. Your feedback is essential in helping your managers enhance their leadership capabilities and contribute to a more effective work environment.

Participants will rate each statement based on their agreement with it in their work context. Using a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being “Strongly Disagree” and 5 being “Strongly Agree.” After completing the 360 Degree Leadership Assessment, their scores will be calculated. The score will provide insights into the effectiveness of their direct manager.
