Participants will rate each statement based on their agreement with it in their work context, using a scale from 1 to 5, with 1 being “Strongly Disagree” and 5 being “Strongly Agree.” After completing the Big 5 personality assessment, their scores for each trait will be calculated, providing insights into their suitability for various work roles and environments.
